Although we encourage customers to check product as quickly as possible, it's not possible to keep the delivery drivers waiting while you check, as they are on a tachograph to ensure they are not working for too many hours, making them unsafe on the road. Product is checked before, shipping, but transit damage does happen. You have 24 hours to check after delivery (mentioned in out Ts and Cs), and we will replace damage 'no questions asked' within this time. For SpacePro products, delivered by HDS, you actually have 72 hours, ie an extra 48 hours, which is mentioned on your delivery note. Please get in touch if you need product again, and we will make a gesture of good will to make up for the scratch.
