Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, obviously it is very disappointing to see how disappointed you are. Our staff do always try their best to rectify a situation and I can see the refund was done on the 19th of August so I would expect for that to appear in your account imminently.

Great product but the website is misleading as the bincho is £5 cheaper on the homepage compared to other areas on the website. Was meant to be next day delivery but took 3 days to arrive

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, I have looked high and low on our home page for the charcoal at £5 cheaper but I can't see it, I would appreciate if you could point me in the right direction so I can amend this error. I am sorry if there was a delay in delivery for you, we always aim to send our goods out on the next day service that we advertise so I am disappointed to see this didn't happen for you.
