Hi there, thankyou for your feedback. As discussed on the phone the item had been set as 'collect from store' in the basket so the item hadn't been marked for delivery. If an item hasn't been collected from store within 7 days we arrange a full refund. In terms of not receiving an email we can only apologise they did not come through. Once an order is placed there is an automatic email to confirm the order. Once the order is picked a second email to say the item is either dispatched or ready for collection. A third automatic email is sent if the items are sent via Royal Mail that contain tracking links. As this order was for collect from store only 2 emails would have been received. Unfortunately the item you ordered isn't able to be sent via Royal Mail which is why the collect from store was the only option available.
