If a parcel is slightly overdue, we may ask a customer to wait a few more days, especially if it has been sent overseas, in order to avoid the inconvenience of potentially having to return the replacement. I know how frustrating it can be when the item sells out during the waiting time and I’m very sorry for the disappointment of a lost order. As it still hasn’t arrived, I have arranged for you to be refunded in full and I hope this experience will not keep you from ordering again from us.

I am really pleased with these shirts. I have been looking for a while for a high quality slim fit shirt (they can be hard to find) but these shirts really meet my needs. I have two shirts from Charles Tyrwhitt . The first was great. The second had a few stray cotton threads at the cuff that I did need to cut off. This was no inconvenience of course but I was surprised the shirt shipped with multi-centimeter cotton strands hanging off at the cuff. Still, I good shirt and the cufflinks are wonderful.
