The Slim Fit shirts are our 'regular' cut - a great all-round choice if you are unsure which fit might be best. You can then adjust to either the Extra Slim or the Classic, based on the fit of the Slim.
For the sleeves, they can't be too tight as this will then likely cause them to catch on the elbow when the arm bends, increasing the chance of rips or tears in this area. The Extra Slim Fit will provide a slightly more 'streamlined' feel to the arms, however, so that may well be worth considering if you feel the fit in the body will also be acceptable.
