Thank you for your feedback on the top button on your new shirts, and we're sorry you have had a little trouble in using said button easily. Due to the thicker material around the collar (due to increased wear/friction in that area) the button hole may well be a little tighter initially. Don't worry, however, as over time and with use, this will become looser and easier to use. After a month or two, you should find you're having no trouble whatsoever in easily using this button, just like all the others.

We're very sorry that this was offset somewhat by the delay in receiving your order, which is frustrating for us all. Sadly, USPS had some issues getting the parcel moving after it entered the US and it arrived a few days late. Your shipping costs have been refunded as a result and we greatly appreciate the patience shown - we're thrilled the new shirts are worth the wait!
