I would like to confirm that with the standard delivery method you have chosen, goods can take three to five working days to arrive. I do hope that your goods were successfully received within this time frame. I would like to confirm that I have taken this up with our Logistics Controller, and for the size of the parcel sent, we are happy to refund £2.50 for you.
