On this occasion incorrect goods were sent out TWICE and it took a lot of chasing to get the correct goods. Courier service was also appalling - refusing to collect incorrect items.

Please accept our apologies for the courier problems, we have taken this issue up with them to avoid re-occurence. The problem arose as stock had been incorrectly labelled and this wasn't noticed until the second despatch and re-delivery delayed whilst new stock ordered. We will happily offer 20% discount on re-order should you want to purchase a spare Mattress Cover. Colin
