When I got home and opened the box, I realised the two 26cm Flaming Skillet and 26cm frying pan would not fit in my HK-size oven. Also the Skillet had a mark on the inside side which could not be removed with gentle wiping. As the pans are best with further curing in the oven I decided I had to return the two larger pans.
What I did not realise is that BUY ME ONCE has BRAND PARTNERS who supply the goods. BMO said thay would contact the brand partner and in five days I have heard nothing about how to return the pans and get a refund.
Another issue I had was that I ordered two items in one other order and one was unavailable for sale to HK so I was refunded ... fine. However, the postage (£20!) which was for BOTH items, now applied to one £30 nightie (Total cost then £50). I wrote to BMO to ask to cancel the nightie but it seems to have been shipped? I'm not sure where it is but I have not had a refund. Nor an expensive cotton nightie.
BRAND PARTNERS may need a bit of refining in terms of returns. And if one item is unavailable there should be an invitation to cancel the whole order so as not incur a large postage charge (to abroad).
I'm still buying from BMO but sending to my daughter in the UK (free delivery!).
