Hi Patrick, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. I know how annoying it can be to wait in long lines. Usually, Most of our guests with the fast track tickets wait for 30-45 minutes which 99 out of 100 times compares favorably with 3-4 hour long regular queue to buy the tickets on site. Our tickets help save time, if not completely skip a line. 

Again, I’m so sorry you had to wait. We hope to see you again and explore the world with us.

We're so sorry this happened to you. IMG changed their pricing policy very recently and now, children below 1.05 m get to enter for free. 

But do not worry. We've got your back and we shall initiate a refund. Depending on your bank, it shall take anywhere between 2-7 business days to reflect in your account. 

We hope we get a second chance to make this right with you. We’d hate the be the ones to rain on your parade.
