Very impressed with the communications with your staff - all were friendly, helpful and very professional. All paperwork was delivered promptly too. And the quote was competitive.

Many thanks for your feedback. I do apologise for the problems you’ve had arranging your Direct Debit.
We’re currently undertaking a review of our procedures to ensure we’re adhering to the requirements of the Direct Debit scheme.
We’re also reviewing our training guide on this subject to make sure all staff are fully appraised of Direct Debit procedures.
