Hi Claire, I'm sorry you haven't receive your order yet. It is on its way, we posted it on 4th January as per the tracking info that you were sent at the time. Unfortunately Royal Mail are struggling due to Xmas volumes, additional bank holidays and staff shortage due to self-isolation and sickness. There is nothing I can do I'm afraid. I hope that it arrives in the next few days for you.

You ordered on Sunday 26th December - Boxing Day! We got it ready for dispatch and it was sent on Weds 29th (bearing in mind that 27 & 28 were bank holidays). It is Royal Mails busiest time of year, the earliest it would have been delivered is 31st. Given that yesterday was also a bank holiday and today is the first day back at work it is unfortunate that it hasn't arrived today but not entirely a surprise given that it's Christmas and there is a pandemic.
