The free returns and speed of delivery is great. Shame the footwear didn't fit as I'd have liked.

Very personal, helpful on the phone & refunded me in full as a zip broke on one of my boots after 18 months . They give a 2 year warranty.

Fast and efficient service but unfortunately boot too loose and heavy. Settled for a different Le Chameau boot with zip.
