we are sorry you feel it's our fault that your country charges you import duties, you never asked us before shipping about this and if you did it could have been explained, we also have to pay import duties when we import goods, that unfortunately is business and what you expect when you purchase goods from overseas.
all shipping labels are completed by the shipping company not us, they are all to all guidelines, we ship thousands of parcel a year overseas and on the odd occasion some parcels get pulled up by customs its random and its out of our control.
We have a belgium distributor and you could have purchased the products through them, but you chose to purchase from england.
We did respond as best as we could, we could not contact the belgium customs as we don't have contact details for them and you did not pass them on to us to enable us to contact them which left us really stuck, we did suggest contacting the customs yourself but you refused to do that. We also suggested refusing the parcel and it would come back to england and you refused to do that also, you could have then re ordered from the Belgium distributors.
