This is not what you said in the emails you sent to us, which we can provide proof of, you were very rude, stating your didnt understand the emails people were writing to you, claiming the english they spoke was not understandable and you wanted to speak to someone else.

We offered to replace your products multiple times as you claimed they lacked aroma, you refused to return them to get brand new products, this is an extract of your email.
"I have no wish to go to the bother and cost of returning reputable items …. especially as you will no doubt say they are fine and just send them back , or send me new replacements that are as unfragrant ( in our opinion )."
On the 17th may you said the following
"Would it not be more apt for you to send me a couple of small empty sample pots that I can pop some product in & return ?
As I said , the products work well. Just a disappointing lack of aroma ."
Our reply was "That defeats the object as you are still left with a product that doesn't smell as you wish.
We would have to replace them, but need those back and we will return you two new bottles once we have checked the items returned over."
Once again we are more than willing to replace your items please return them to us so we can help you to resolve your concerns, we can't resolve anything without the products returned.
