I apologise for any inconvenience when filling out the online form. Would you be able to elaborate on what you mean by problems with the form and inadequate help please? I could not find any record of contact to us about this and i am keen to address any underlying issues that may have affected you or any other customers.
I appreciate that you have also mentioned that the incorrect title was used on your application and that you do not want to fix this, but it is a requirement on our side to rectify any errors identified to us that may have an impact, however slight, on any future aspect of your policy, including at claim stage. I will therefore arrange for one of our advisors to contact you to resolve this.
