Apart from the long wait for them to answer the phone (over 1 hour) they were easy to deal with and quick. Also very competitive prices

Had to wait over 1 hour for them to answer the phone but then it was easy and fairly quick to deal with. Had to buy separate travel insurance for me and my wife due to age restrictions.

Received an email on day 5 with an apology and refund. It’s a shame that the response was so slow but the problem has now been satisfactorily resolved.
