I found the site quite confusing
when I made the booking I thought I had paid in full - (but did think it was a very cheap fare) it never mentioned the word DEPOSIT anywhere
I was therefore surprise
EASY TO USE. WE BOOKED FOR 2AM INSTEAD OF 2PM. MY FAULT NOT THINKING ABOUT 24 HOUR CLOCK. EASY TO CHANGE WITH HELPFUL STAFF ON PHONE IN OFFICE. DIDN'T LIKE EXTRA CHARGE THOUGH.
We contacted Manx Ferries for a quote from Heysham to Douglas, we had a quick reply with cost, that was cheaper than booking direct with Ferry company.
