We are sorry to hear you have decided to insure elsewhere. We should explain that although your claim is likely to be settled on a non-fault basis, whilst it is open and yet to be paid for by the third party, there is still a risk of the settlement changing. Whilst this did have an effect on the renewal price offered, once the claim was settled as non-fault, we would have sought a backdated refund to reflect this. We do hope you will consider us again in the future.
