It was the usual high quality response from Mazda insurance. I have no complaints whatso ever. The repair garage was also a five star organisation.

Although I went through Mazda to report my accident they did not contact me at all whilst waiting forty car to be repaired! Shameful service! All because it was my fault for the accident!

After an initial delay in contacting them, phone only since they don't have an on-line claim service, everything went absolutely fine and the repair was carried out very efficiently.
