Dear Patricia, Many thanks for providing feedback. I am pleased the service in relation to your claim was excellent, but disappointed that the arrangements with the hire vehicle let you down. This is most unusual as our hire service is normally of a very high standard so I can only apologise that in this instance we failed this aspect of your claim. We will, of course, ensure that this is fully investigated and address any errors that were made to prevent further recurrence.
