We aim to look after our Mazda customers and ensure their vehicles are repaired by a Mazda approved Bodyshop using genuine parts. Sometimes claims can be complicated but we try our best to assist and get results for our customers. We appreciate it is a difficult time for customers following incidents. I note from your file that we had issues in obtaining authorisation for your claim from your insurer, this is obviously outside of our control but the team and the Bodyshop worked hard in trying to push for this. Please accept our apologies that you were not happy with our service, but be assured we try our best to make claims as smooth as we can.
