Many thanks for providing very valuable feedback and I apologise that you were not kept updated by our claims team throughout the life of your claim. This is not our normal standard of service and we take service very seriously, this will be addressed with the claims team. We do mention in the Terms & Conditions that some insurers may impose an additional excess if you use our service. This is something that isn't within our control unfortunately, so we can only apologise on behalf of your insurer. We are pleased your repairs were carried out well. I would recommend Mazda first if you are buying or leasing a Mazda. Great service, just a phone call and it’s all sorted.

Very friendly and speedy response. All generally good. The only adverse issue was with the Kindertons Hire car which was late and their communication was poor.
