Unfortunately, the Bodyshop chosen was the nearest Mazda approved repairer to your location. We do try to cover locally wherever we can but on this occasion, Stoneacre in York were the nearest repairer to your home address. In terms of the estimate being received by our underwriters, we can only apologise that this had to be resent. We don’t normally have issues of this nature but clearly on this occasion it did delay your repairs being carried out.
