Communication was poor. Only found out where car was when repair shop called. Repair shop called to say it was ready nothing from mazda first.

Unfortunately, at this present time, there is a national issue with parts which is out of our control so we can only offer our sincere apologies. I note from the file that, unfortunately, due to the present issues we are experiencing with long parts delays, it took a considerable time to get your vehicle booked in for repairs. The issue with parts is a national problem and one which is out of our control so we can only offer our sincere apologies. Easy to arrange courtesy car whilst my car was being repaired. Quite difficult to get it collected back again. My own car was ready within three days. The courtesy car could not be collected until 2 d

Initial phone conversations were helpful and supportive. However it took a long time for anyone to contact me about booking car in for the repairs at the agreed repair shop once everything was agreed.
