Thank you for taking the time to provide your comments. The claims service is , in my view, the most important aspect of our cover and I am pleased that your claim was settled in a timely manner. It is always sad when an accident occurs to a beautiful instrument, but if dealt with correctly, and a professional repair is made, by people who understand the instrument, the "event" can infact become part of the instrument's story.
