They're so approachable and helpful - I had a student needing specific cover and they were able to sort something out for me. Always there for advice and never minding what the questions are!!! :D

Very straightforward to buy and renew a good value product. Friendly staff. Enjoyable experience. Never had to claim so can't comment there but so far my experience makes me feel confident and reassur
