Katie, I am really sorry that our product wasn't up to scratch and I hope Sophie and Victoria made the returns process as smooth as possible. We will add your ideas to our 'wish list' for the web guys. Another part of the reason that inter-leaving isn't used is that it was mainly inserted when all houses suffered from damp and it used to soak up the moisture so the photos didnt get damaged..We will look to be more imformative as well. Communication is great, using the online ordering system is really easy & even when they think the colours of the personalisation wont work they gave me a call to discuss so I got the perfect package.

very good, they even called to let me know that my choice of lettering (gold) would be different to the edging (silver), and might therefore clash
