Great staff as always. Been rafting 3 out of the past 4 years. Unfortunately we had two guests who last minute could not make the trip.i understand the no refund policy for rafting but would be nice

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We're glad you had another great whitewater rafting trip down the Kennebec River. We are sorry that you had people cancel out at the last minute. We do have a 2-week cancellation policy in place that we make sure our guests are aware of at the time the reservation is made as well as within our reservation confirmation. Wedo offer our guests the opportunity to purchase trip cancellation insurance at the time the reservation is made. This insurance allows cancellation due to injury, illness, bereavement or military deployment with a full refund less the trip cancellation insurance amount. We hope you'll be back for another rafting adventure with us next year! :)
