Hello Kevin,  Thank you for your detailed review.  It is always great to have customers use our service again.

In relation to the comments on our service, we do in fact accept credit cards and always have done (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX), so we're sorry you were not aware of this.

We can appreciate that not having the required information may have been frustrating for you.  Owners choose how they pass this to customers, which is why this can vary between individual properties.  We will speak to this particular owner about this and suggest that he uploads the information to our Holiday Information Form to make things easier for future guests.  We do expect owners to pass this to guests at least a few weeks prior to arrival at the villa.  

Lastly, the reason you only have the property representatives number for this property is that Rafael's English is not great and he prefers his property manager to deal with customers, which is why you have his number instead.  Again, we will suggest he adds his number as an emergency contact for instances such as this.

Thank you for your feedback.  Firstly, we are extremely sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at Villa SP260.  This is a property we have represented for years without a bad review.  We have indeed visited the property and the owners have always taken care of the villa, inside and out, so this is a surprise.  

The cleanliness of the villa has never been an issue, I hope that you reported these issues to the owner during your stay?  We will of course be following this up as we expect the best levels of cleanliness in all of the villas we represent.

I'm sorry that you did not let us know of these issues during your stay as we would have been able to resolve these for you had we known that there were problems.

The access roads to many villas in the Mijas mountains are often narrow and uneven.  This is simply due to the nature of the terrain in the area.  We show the property on Google maps in the right location so you can check this if you look on the satellite view.

Once again, we are very sorry that you did not enjoy your holiday.  I hope that we can assist you in the future and find a villa that you will be 100% happy with.
