Dispatch and delivery was first class. Item arrived the next day after ordering. This cannot be improved upon, I repeat, first class! I have yet to fit the item so cannot add to this report.

Hi, Thanks for the feedback on the packaging and delivery time. If you are having issues with the switch please feel free to call and we can go though the adjustment process. I'll explain it briefly here, but we are happy to help you over the phone if you like. Firstly, ensure the power is off, the cover can be removed by the black screw on the top. Underneath there are two adjuster screws, the main setting is on top of the arch and the differential range is on a lever to the side. It sounds like you need to adjust the pressure differential down to one bar and then the main adjuster afterwards.
