The problem is that I haven't even gotten the order and it's almost been 3 weeks. Usually I get orders from UK within 2 weeks. I know Herbin is a very pretty colour and I've tried it before otherwise

Hello! I'm really sorry to hear that your ink samples hadn't arrived, we would expect arrival sooner than 3 weeks to Finland, but it has been an odd time for postal deliveries. Have they arrived now? I can't see that you got in touch by email about this missing parcel, but I see you have made another order this weekend so we can add these missing ones to it if that would be helpful? Please do let us know, take care and stay safe

We began with the renowned German brand Pelikan, and over the years have built up unrivalled knowledge of Pelikan. More recently, we have expanded and now offer writing instruments and accessories from many other manufacturers. We now offer customers a greater level of choice from entry level pens right up to exclusive, luxurious and some of the world's best pen makers including Parker, Waterman and Sheaffer.
