Excellent customer service. I once had a mistake in an order and I reached out to them. They corrected it very fast. They ship to Switzerland from the UK in less than a week.

We are really sorry to see this. We give the option at the checkout to choose your free gift and an ink sample is one option, along with sweets as another. If you choose 'suprise me', we will give something random and this was a lolly. Sorry you are not happy with this, we will see if we can make the choice of gift more obvious or clear so that people are not unplesantly suprised with a lolly in the future.

The cartridges look very dirty and had a terrible smell. I had to wash them twice before using them. Again, the product was baddly wrapped with a very thin plastic bag. I would have prefered a box.

Thanks for taking the time to give this feedback. The cartridges are suplied to us in sealed plastic bags by the manufacturer and the material they are made from has an unusual smell, it's the resin used. The smell will fade over a little time with use. We don't generally repackage products from manufactuers, especially empty cartridges which are to be filled and fitted into pens.

Again very disappointed as the pen definitely seems to be refurbished. It was not delivered with a box nor correclty wrapped. The nib is very scratchy, probably because someone must have used it befor

It seems that the free lolly we gave you left a bad taste in your mouth as you gave a 1 star review of the lolly free gift we gave you too (sorry, that is the British humour you mentioned in the main review) but our Noodler's pens was new and unused. They are made in a factory which perhaps isnt up to European or Japanese claenliness levels, so they can look a little cloudy. If you are unhappy with the pen or the unsmooth nib we can replace it for you or refund you for the pen if you want to return it to us. Take care and stay safe.
