Your QA needs work, you missed a purple version of the pens from the list... the QA sheet has lots of ticks but is missing one and so is the pen.

We are sorry to hear that there was something missing from your order - we can see that we tried to email you about the missing item on the day the order was send out, but didn’t hear back. Perhaps the email got filtered away into a spam folder :( We have now refunded you for that missing item and also for one of the other pens, as a gesture of goodwill because of the error. We now offer customers a greater level of choice from entry level pens right up to exclusive, luxurious and some of the world's best pen makers including Parker, Waterman and Sheaffer. We have been selling pens online since 2004 and have built up a great knowledge of our products and a really comprehensive stock of a wide range of pens, pencils, inks, refills and accessories.
