Hello, Thanks so much for the order and we're glad to hear the pen is performing well! Just wanted to check on the VAT comment - as the pen was sent to Dublin, there was no UK VAT paid on it (it was removed at the checkout of our site on input of delivery address outside the UK) so the €10 was for applied at the border for Irish VAT and probably a small handling fee applied by Ireland Post.
