Hello, I am so sorry to see this and for the confusion. The gift vouchers are digital, so there will not be a physical card sent to you, the information about it and how to spend it are on confirmation email you should have got after making the purchase. I understand my colleague has already been in touch to let you know and has resent the information to you again. The Gift Card page does say it's a digital card, but we shall go and make it more obvious to avoid future confusion. Best wishes and Happy New Year, Ross Adams
