Still has not arrived well after the originally provided date, plus I had to pay unexpected and unannounced extra import costs.

Hello, so sorry to see that this order took a while to arrive but has now arrived with you according to the tracking information. Our international shipments are estimated to take around 10 working days, this order ended up taking 13 days as it was with customs in your country for 7 days, presumably awating payment for the inport duties due on it. The tracking was updated to say it was with customs. We're sorry you did not realise there may be duties due, but we do put this information on the 'Delivery Information' page of our site and also on a info tab on every product page too, with a link to the 'Post-Brexit Customs Information' during the check out process too, so we do try to make this apparent when ordering from us not the UK has left the EU.

Hello, So sorry to see this review and that there has been a delay in the delivery, it would normally have arrived a few days ago. The tracking information says that a delivery has been attempted, but no-one was in. It should be possible to rearrange delivery now at a convenient time using the 'Calling Card' from the postal company. Best wishes,
