We have looked at the TV and confirm it does work - the aerial had unfortunately been unplugged before your arrival. We have also updated the property listing to reflect the correct items that are at the property and have also now unblocked the shower. Please note the refund for the issues encountered has been calculated according to the price paid per person per night and according to the expenses the owner incurs for running the property - this includes cleaning, linen and bills.
