We are delighted that our Property Manager was able to assist and that you enjoyed meeting her. We would however like to highlight that the property is not advertised as having a smart TV on our website. We hope despite the issues encountered that you enjoyed your time in Edinburgh and look forward to welcoming you back to the city again soon.

Very professional, the apartment was clean and access was easy. There was adequate heating, the apartment was light and spacious and the price was fair.
