Thank you so much for leaving feedback. We are disappointed that the property didn't meet your expectations. However, negative feedback is always useful to us in order to improve our service. We have contacted the Property Manager who has confirmed that she came in during your stay to do a full clean of a property. In addition, she has pointed out to us that there are details of how the heating works in the flat handbook. We have brought all these to the attention of the Property Manager who will take the necessary steps to improve the service in future. Despite these issues we hope you enjoyed your time in Edinburgh.
