Sorry to hear that you had an unsatisfactory experience with us. We should have made clearer on the site that next day delivery only applies on work days Mon-Fri and so, sadly, you're express delivery didn't arrive till the Monday. We're going to rectify that message on the site as well as refund your initial express delivery of £4.95 because of the confusion. We're also going to look into Mizunos sizing guide with these shoes and find out if there is problem there. I hope you have a better experience if you choose to shop with us again.
