I paid to return the t shirt as it was the wrong size and then had to pay postage AGAIN to have another size sent out. Never had to so this before when exchanging an item!

Was happy with the product and the embroidery however the size they sent us was not what we ordered they sent a 13 and because of the embroidery we couldn't send them back to get an exchange very disa

Sorry to hear about this potential mix up. We have a highly accurate stock system and it's unusual for the wrong sizes to be picked out. We are aware that Nike boot boxes list the US size above the UK. Is it possible that they may be size 13 US and size 12 UK?
