Be honest about women’s sizes coming up small and honour promises made when a customer politely emails to feed back about an issue.

Following this review Rachel contacted me to explain that my email had been missed in the Christmas chaos and apologised unreservedly which I appreciated. I was offered a replacement personalised shirt as well as a free T shirt which I accepted and which were very much appreciated. I understood this was an honest oversight hence my amendment to the rating for the excellent follow up customer service. I would still urge people to go much larger than the size they think they are though as they do come up smaller than expected.
