Poor ability to make any contact with customers, poor time frames, poor product information. Poor follow up. As a result we’ve now gotten rid of the hole system and going with another brand.

It took a week to just get a response and then had to follow up once order was done as account was never updated to tell me order was on the way.
Otherwise was good.
