Hi Chris, I've heard this before. I have my own business that requires several interstate deliveries on a weekly bases from different companies and the worst-case scenario was only 1 additional day for receiving the goods.
Sorry but Spalding couldn't confirm where the package was therefore tracking procedures obviously has an issue and blaming someone else doesn't work. Had Spalding known what the status on an order was they should have jumped onto it immediately however after 3x weeks, please.
