Unfortunately there was an error on the website and the incorrect system was activated instead of the system you received. we do apologize for that. i did however email you notifying the error we made before delivery to make sure you were aware with a potential compensation if you wanted to keep this item or if you don't, we were and still are happy to compensate or return the item for a full refund if you choose to do so. We do again apologize for the inconvenience caused and will prioritize the offer of refund or compensation as quickly as possible.

Great product, my only criticism is my boys a slightly too short so the ring sits a bit too high for them. Longer brackets to hang over the door to lower its height setting would be great.
