Tate has one phone line (as the shop also shares a website with membership & ticketing)which is why you would have gone through to the gallery when you called to report your missing print. You can press option 5 to get through to the shop team. Our phone lines are open 9.45 - 6, Monday to Friday and there is always someone here then to take your call. Otherwise you can email us at shop.online@tate.org.uk and we always get back to you in 1 working day.
After your email on the 26/10 we were luckily able to get those last three prints out for delivery on the 30/10. We are sorry that you had such a frustrating experience. I hope you are still enjoying the prints you ordered. I have passed your feedback onto our technical team and we will use this to help make improvements to the website.
