As explained in the email and over the phone, unfortunately due to a technical issue, only one of your prints came through our system. I am so sorry for the delay this caused in you receiving your order - I hope now they have arrived with you you are enjoying them.

So sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with DPD - this is not the service we strive to provide and will be passing this onto our account manager. As you did not get the delivery service that you paid for I have arranged for the delivery cost to be refunded back onto the card you paid with. I hope this will go someway to making up for the frustration caused by DPD!

Hi Jill,
I was sorry to hear that you were having trouble receiving your order. After tracking it down with USPS it looks as they had not notified you that it your parcel was taking its time getting through customs. However I managed to chase it up and hope you received my email when I found it was out for delivery. I've just had a look now and it seems as if it has been delivered to yourself. I do hope all is well and you can enjoy your print now it has arrived.
