Thank you for taking time to provide feedback on your delivery. I am sorry that you had difficulty with the tracking of your parcel. It looks like it left us on the Friday for the delivery on the Monday - I'm sorry to hear that your friend waited in and it didn't arrive! It's frustrating that you didn't receive the correct information via DPD. I have arranged for the postage costs you paid to be refunded back onto your card as an apology for the inconvenience caused to you and your friend. I hope we are able to provide a better service for you in the future.

Good service but I'm unsure how to get a receipt / order summary so I can claim back the costs from my business.

You will have received an order confirmation when you purchased the items, however if you would like a VAT receipt you can request that from our customer services team via email (shop.online@tate.org.uk) or phone 0207 887 8888. I have sent yours through to your email address now so you can claim that VAT back! Please let me know if there is anything else you need.

Good communication re delivery, well secured and wrapped art work. Good quality print. Disappointed in placing of print on canvas. Small part of artist’s name and tree tops off facing canvas.
