always prompt and efficient and great advice as to what to include in an itinerary. Always helpful even when there were problems abroad, in the past.

Thank you very much for your useful and constructive feedback. I am sorry to hear that our service with regard to your forthcoming trip to Vietnam was not quite up to the standard you have become accustomed to as a regular Ultimate traveller. The consultant who is looking after you does know the country well, but I will admit that he is overdue a visit and we plan to redress next year.
